... and is surrounded with those really annoying things that look like tiger-men or something and those trolls.
My fav. spots are:
-Pre Searing(all of it, especially Wizard's Foley)
-Beetletun(despite all those annoying things :P)
-Crystal Desert
-Deep in the Maguuma(or Maaguma)

Dakutu village basically because if the lich was to coonquer tyria he probably wouldnt give two craps about it much less know it exists lol. Now thats peaceful.
Majesties rest has some of the best atmosphere in the game.
There is a small tiny cave up in snake dance that im sure a rare few know about.
Twin lakes.

The more I think about it, the more I realize that my favorite place is the Entire land of Tyria! and pretty soon, Cantha too.

Towns:
1. Fisherman's Haven. Hands down the place that I have the most fun. There's an island in the middle of the lake to lay down, soak up the sun, and a nice deep pool to play in. A fun TIP: If you have a female necro, type "/dance" in the water. You'll look like a drowning person gasping for air.
2. Ice Caves of Sorrow. There's a whole area inside the town that no one visits - very nice to sit and watch all the people scurry around at the base of the area.
3. Marhan's Grotto. For the ice skating, of course.
4. Druid's Overlook. Another out of the way place with a nice cozy feeling to it. Love the Mending pool and waterfall.

I like that village in the UW, with all the ghosts (the forgotten vale is it called?)...
and I also like the fiery swamp area in the FoW with the Hydras, Ancient Skales, and other things... I love the trees that are on fire

This one?
It is quite a lovely spot - but I still don't get how we can walk on it without tripping. Those are pretty big gaps in the ironwork

Have to agree about Pre-Searing and the North Kryta beach area. Going into post I think I actually suffered from Seasonal Affective Disorder all the way thru Yak's Bend and the mountains. Getting to the sunny beaches of Kryta had me positively giddy with relief.
